Not a UC Davis student? No problem! Our off-campus apartments are available to all qualified renters.

• Arlington Farm is known for our spacious floor plans- find ample room for you and your housemates to spread out.

• Share the kitchen and living room area with members of your household only.

• A separate exterior entry for each apartment.

• No elevators, no shared lobby, and no shared parking structure.

• Direct access to Unitrans bus lines and bike paths for classes offered on the UCD campus.

• Complimentary high-speed Comcast Xfinity internet

• Free water, sewer, and trash.

• Gas & electric billing service.

You can choose any bedroom in our 2, 3, or 4-bedroom apartments as a private or a shared room - contact our office for pricing specifics.

***Within our individual lease program, the prices listed are for single occupancy and our Share and Save program per occupant. Share and Save occupants are required to sign a Joint and Several lease agreement for their shared room. Availability, floor plan options, pricing  & fees are subject to change. Square footage and room size are approximate. Please reach out to the office for additional information. Rates do not include parking, gas & electricity, or $25 Background Check fee.
